Commercial real estate up in Q2

Metro Denver’s commercial real estate market continued to slowly improve in the second quarter, thanks to the local economy being healthier than those of other U.S. markets.

A new report by the Denver office of Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. (NYSE: CBG) states that, as of midyear, “there are indications that the economy and local commercial markets are on an earnest path toward recovery.” That’s largely because of metro Denver’s historically strong economic fundamentals, the report said.
