Denver-area rental-home vacancies at all-time low

Vacancies at houses and condos for rent in the Denver area fell to 2% in the fourth quarter – the lowest since record keeping began in 2004.  The vacancy rate for homes was 2.9% in the third quarter and 5.5% in the fourth quarter of 2009.  According to the latest report, no rental-home vacancies could be found in the fourth quarter in Boulder and Broomfield counties, and the vacancy rate was just 0.9& in Douglas County.
